* Covered 80' x 20' back porch with 10 bar top tables
* Initial set-up of ballroom including clean-up and breakdown
* Built in projector for slideshows/presentations
* Separate caterers prep kitchen and built in bar area
* BYO licensed/insured vendors (approval required)
* BYO alcohol (The Estates at Pecan Park) TABC bartenders and security required
